Today more than 3 million Amway Independent Entrepreneurs throughout the world distribute Amway products in more than 80 countries and territories of the world. Sales volume of Alticor that is parent company for Amway affiliates made $8.4 billions in fiscal year 2009.
In Europe Amway operates in two regions – Western (Belgium, Great Britain, Greece, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Germany, Norway, South African Republic, Portugal, Finland, France, Switzerland, and Sweden) and Eastern (Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary, Ukraine, Croatia, Czechia and Russia).
Independent of the point in time of entry, every ABO has the same chances and opportunities for success based on time, motivation and effort.
At Amway, there are two ways ABOs can earn income. Firstly, from the sales of products to their Clients (retail margin). Secondly, from a fee for Services Rendered (Fee), or commission, based on the quantity and value of the sales to end-consumers made by the ABO. The Fee calculation also includes the quantity and value of sales made by other ABOs that they have directly or indirectly introduced, trained and supported in developing their own Amway Sales and Marketing Plan business.
